RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers and prospects as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Love for providing a high level of customer service
- Confidence in dealing with the public (Previous sales experience preferred but not required.)
- Able to obtain Property/Casualty License and Life/Health License
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented
