I earned my MBA from University of Southern Indiana and my bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. I’m married with children who keep me busy and active outside of work. I stay involved in the community through the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement initiatives, and a variety of local community events. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marcy King - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
