What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a sincere, friendly welcome upon arrival and departure
- Safely drive guests to and from the airport and other local destinations in company vehicles
- Load, unload, and assist with guest luggage and amenities
- Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times
- Monitor company vehicle maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Deliver gifts or amenities to guest rooms as requested
- Assist the Front Office team with additional tasks as needed
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. and handle luggage and packages safely
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate the property throughout your shift
- Clear communication skills in English—both verbal and written
- A helpful, courteous, and guest-focused attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is a plus
