As a Busser/Café Attendant you will be responsible for enduring proper food quality, food presentation, stocking and cleaning of the entire buffet area.

What Will You Be Doing

• Keep buffet clean, organized, and reset tables promptly.
• Set up and break down buffet station.
• Notify kitchen staff of low supplies.
• Assist with bussing duties.
• Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, and plates.
• Stock ice in service area.
• Maintain buffet food, clean spills, and restock items.
• Perform additional duties as requested for guest satisfaction.
  
  

What Do You Bring To The Role

• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
