The General Manager will be responsible first and foremost for building and developing an extraordinary team culture. A dynamic self-starter responsible for overseeing the execution of efficient restaurant, concessions and event operations, the General Manager will maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. This hands-on executive management role provides a high level of event oversight, technical proficiency and operational/personnel support to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations in all areas of the F&B operations, outlets and scheduled events. The General Manager and the Executive Chef will lead the opening and beyond as a united team!
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in food & beverage industry; minimum of 5 years in a management role in food & beverage industry preferably within a similar venue
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven record of effective conflict resolution and service recovery
Experience with restaurant openings, hiring, training, and maintaining ongoing operational excellence
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate in systems and software related to the operation of the restaurant
Working Knowledge of POS Systems – Toast a plus
Wine and Spirits knowledge with inventory management
Payroll management and restaurant accounting experience
BEO and/or event management software experience preferred
Acute financial management skills
Strong analytical ability
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish cooperative working relationships
Comfortable dealing with the media, public speaking, and VIP groups
Familiar with sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment maintenance
Excellent professional presentation
Able to walk / stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching overhead
Must be able to lift / carry items up to 40 lbs. and push / pull items up to 75 lbs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
