The individual will be responsible for providing marketing and creative assistance to provide value to their business. The ideal candidate should have an interest in a dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and grow in a multitude of tasks.
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position – remote or work from home will be considered.
The base hourly range for this role is $34 – $45 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials including informational marketing brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Assist in the utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations.
- Create floor plans and site plans.
- Proofread and edit marketing packages for superior quality.
- Maintain current use of social media, team websites, and email marketing.
- 10-15% of time may entail research.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources; must be very articulate.
- Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media and corporate branding.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Versatile and flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining websites is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet critical deadlines.
- Must be a team player.
- 3 years of graphic design and marketing experience
