About the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta

Each year, generations of Atlantans - children, teens, adults, and seniors make new friends, learn new skills and ideas, enhance their Jewish identity, and improve their overall quality of life, thanks to the MJCCA. Measured outcomes and personal stories tell us that the MJCCA changes lives every single day. The MJCCA is a place where strong relationships are developed, and life-long friendships are made. A place where everyone is welcome, and all are included. Everyone – regardless of age, interest, or ability – can find a home here.

The MJCCA, both literally and figuratively, changes people’s lives. In person and virtually, at the MJCCA minds are challenged and bodies are strengthened. Character is created and positive role models for our future are shaped. Disability means possibility and age is only a number. Jewish traditions are celebrated and brought to daily life.

For generations, the MJCCA has been the Jewish agency in Atlanta that provides programs and spaces where inspiration lives, and exploration begins. It is a place that is about programs, partnerships, and most of all – people. A tradition filled with community, camaraderie, and most of all – connection. A legacy of inspiration, innovation, and most of all – impact. Everyday minutes are turned into Jewish moments that are remembered for a lifetime at the Marcus JCC of Atlanta.
