As a Room Service Server at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering menu items directly to our guest’s rooms in a professional and timely manner ensuring total satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Learn all menu items in food and beverage outlets and the proper garnishments to execute proper plate set-up.
- Prepare trays and deliver to rooms.
- Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
- Maintain complete guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
- Check floors to ensure all trays and carts are retrieved.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have basic knowledge of food deliverance.
- Ability to read and understand menus and dining tickets.
- Ability to remember menu specifics including proper plate ware set-up and garnishment.
- Ability to transport trays weighing up to 40 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift.
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift and work as a team player.
- Must have fast ability to move throughout multiple tasks with exceptional execution.
