What will you be doing?
- Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
- Present menus, describe dishes and specials, and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely, polished manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs by refilling drinks, offering additional items, and checking in throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, side stations, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with servers, server assistants, bartenders, and management to provide seamless service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Assist with other duties as requested by management.
- Prior serving experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to create memorable experiences for guests.
