POSITION PURPOSE: Supports management by supervising the work activities of Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, safe, and attractive guestrooms, public and back-of-house areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides supervision of assigned housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed.
- Inspects and evaluates work performance of associates to ensure standards are being met and all Covid-19 protocols are in place.
- Trains associates regarding job duties and quality standards.
- Ensures that all designated guestrooms receive service.
- Completes needed reports as assigned/needed.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others.
- Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates.
- Ability to communicate effectively to associates, (Bi-lingual a plus).
- Flexible schedule.
