Accounting Clerk

What will you be doing?
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer statements by posting accounts, allowances, refunds, and payments.
- Review of guest ledger accounts for timely payment receipts.
- Data entry/posting to accounts.
- Run statements and verify information.
- Input of Daily Income Journals
- File and organize accounting documents.
- Two-year college degree in Accounting preferred or 1-2 years experience in an accounting role.
- Good working knowledge of Hospitality accounting systems.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems/ programs such as PeopleSoft, Excel, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication skills.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Meet strict time deadlines.
- Able to think and act independently.
- Operate calculator, PC, Keyboard.
