Overview:
Marcus & Hoffman, P.C., a well-established Media, Delaware County firm with over 25 years of practice in community association law, construction litigation, and real estate, is seeking an associate attorney with 3–10 years of litigation experience.
What you'll need:
- Working knowledge of civil litigation practice from pleadings through trial including attending hearings, arbitrations, depositions, discovery and motion practice
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with hourly billing
