Registered Nurse opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!! Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Resource RN position. The Resource RN evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care; Assists physicians during examinations and procedures; Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse; Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. The RN in this position must complete competencies to work independently in Medical-Surgical and at least one other of the following areas: Intensive Care Unit/ Emergency Department. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN or ADN, current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations. License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation. Licensure and Certifications: Basic Life Support ACLS and PALS required, NRP, STABLE, and TNCC, ATCN or ENPC within 2 years of hire. Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Candidates must have effective communication skills; computer Skills/EMR experience preferred Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours/week, variable shiftsBenefits: This position is eligible for the full-time benefit package
