Responsibilities
- Work days start at 4am. Work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday ,Friday, and Saturday
- No CDL required
- Safely operate a box truck.
- Load and unload bread to deliver to stores on your route
- check shelves in each store for stale by checking the bread tags
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route sheets, and documentation of deliveries or pickup
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience in a commercial setting
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and vehicle operation
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively on daily routes
