Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on advanced automotive systems, including:
- Engine & transmission
- Electrical & fuel systems
- Steering, alignment, and suspension
- Brakes & air conditioning
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
- Accurately complete work as outlined on repair orders in a timely manner
- Use diagnostic tools and service equipment to test and repair components and systems
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
- Test-drive vehicles to verify work performed
- Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed about vehicle needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Ford Certified Master Technician (Senior Master preferred)
- 5 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Minimum 2 years Ford-specific experience
- Minimum 2 years transmission repair experience
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to operate electronic service equipment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Must supply own tools
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Reliability and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new vehicle technologies
