Job Title: Automotive Sales BDC Agent (Call Center Focused)

Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (hourly base performance-based bonuses)

Position Overview:
As a Sales BDC Agent, your primary focus is generating showroom traffic and sales opportunities. This is a phone- and internet-based sales role where success is measured by appointments set, shown, and sold. If you enjoy sales, follow-up, and seeing your effort directly impact your income, this role offers strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales-focused calls
- Respond promptly to internet leads, texts, and emails related to vehicle sales
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new and unsold prospects
- Set, confirm, and re-confirm sales appointments
- Use proven call scripts and sales processes
- Build rapport and identify customer needs to drive appointments
- Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong appointment handoffs
- Contribute to meeting sales goals for calls, appointments, and show rates
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- 5 days per week
- Saturday availability required
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Call center or automotive sales experience is a plus
- Confident, professional phone skills
- Strong follow-up and organizational habits
- Goal-oriented while remaining team-focused
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving required
