Marco’s Pizza is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager by coaching team members, maintaining high standards of service and food quality, and driving store performance. Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Lead and motivate team members to meet service, quality, and productivity goals.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to staff to ensure growth and success.
- Maintain Marco’s Pizza standards for food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, and reduce waste.
- Assist with scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold company policies and enforce store rules consistently.
- Step into the Manager role when the General Manager is unavailable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (restaurant or retail preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Reliable and punctual with open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling inventory and reports.
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
