Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and courier vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver orders efficiently across designated routes
• Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery
• Follow planned delivery routes accurately while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory movement, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean work environment
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance needs
• Load and secure deliveries properly to prevent damage during transit and ensure safe transport of goods

Experience

• Prior delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Experience working in warehouses or handling heavy lifting equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
• Knowledge of route driving best practices, including navigation and time management
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and equipment operation such as forklifts and moving supplies safely
• Previous courier or heavy load transport experience is highly desirable
