This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice, treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring the patient feels welcome to the practice and continues coming here to receive top quality care. Reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures, collecting payments, explaining all charges to patients, and verifying all insurance and address information.
This individual is also responsible for scheduling all patient appointments with the necessary physician. Monitoring and modifying physician-scheduling templates, as necessary, to maximize efficiency.
