The company expects to hire for this position near the middle of the compensation range. Position Terms / Expected Hours of Work
MarCon Engineering Inc salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. During busy seasons, in some cases, this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is FLSA-exempt.

Qualifications
You should have the following skills and abilities:
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related position
- Prior experience in directing and coordinating the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, as well as inspecting
- Knowledge of preparing specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment
- Supervising and training project team members as necessary
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to travel with possible short-term relocation, as required
- The ability to read blueprints
- Experience with Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software
- The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solve, supervise, and organize while using effective time management skills
