Essential Functions
- Lead cross-functional project plans for product launches, migrations, and retirements, including timelines, dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and go/no-go checkpoints.
- Ensure teams are ready to sell, deliver, and support solutions at go-live by coordinating training, communication, handoffs, documentation, workflows, and support expectations.
- Confirm pricing, quoting, SKU setup, product catalog, templates, and related operational inputs are complete, accurate, and ready in partnership with Finance, Purchasing, and CPQ administration.
- Use strong knowledge of business processes and systems to identify gaps, misalignment, incomplete work, or unclear ownership, and drive resolution through follow-up and escalation.
- Identify repeatable work that can be automated and partner with automation teams to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience driving cross-functional project plans and deliverables to committed timelines.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed environments through influence, coordination, and escalation.
- Strong working experience with Excel-based operational tools and validating outputs.
- Familiarity with AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
- Project management or process certifications are a plus.
- Ability to drive execution across multiple functional owners through structure, follow-up, and escalation.
- Strong project management discipline, including planning, dependency tracking, deadline management, and go-live readiness.
- Operational judgment to identify incomplete work, misalignment, or risk before launch.
- Clear communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
