Inside/Outside Technical Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Inside/Outside Technical Sales Representative position. You will primarily drive sales through phone and email while also making strategic in-person customer visits as part of our hybrid approach. Your focus will be on quick needs analysis, providing technical solutions, and building strong, trust-based customer relationships.

You will receive comprehensive training on our products and fabrication capabilities so you can confidently serve customers and grow into greater responsibility and income. Candidates with experience in steel fabrication, estimating, or metals sales are especially encouraged to apply.

Our offices are conveniently located near Hobby Airport. We will only consider candidates who live South of I-10 and inside Beltway 8. We believe quality of life matters — long commutes in Houston traffic are not part of our culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with metals, fabrication, or steel service centers (strongly preferred)
• Ability to read construction and fabrication drawings (a significant plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (required)

We offer a solid base salary plus a generous incentive program that rewards producers with an additional 30–50% on top of base. Top performers are currently earning six-figure income. Your earnings are truly performance-based — the harder you work and the more you produce, the more you make.
