In our shift leaders and managers, we are looking for the following:
- Executing Excellence through all Marco's Pizza processes and procedures daily.
- Embodying trust and being accountable through all actions.
- Implementing and embodying Marco's Pizza cultural beliefs.
- Calmly leading a team through busy times with excellent organization and delegation.
- Manage food and labor costs throughout every shift.
Schedule:
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends.
