Pay is hourly starting at $16.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:
- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service.
- Keep operations running smoothly during your shift.
- Train and coach team members to greatness.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
- Turn customer challenges into opportunities for delight.
- Maintaining a positive and creative environment!
- Interact with customers, take orders, and process payments.
- Assist with large order prep, delivery, set up, and sales at off-site locations.
Shift Lead Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- A positive attitude and a passion for pizza!
- At least 18 years of age or older
- At lease 6 months experience in specific industry
Physical Demands:
Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
