Job Description:
Marco’s Pizza in Hesperia is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. Ideal candidates are hardworking, quick learners, and able to stay calm under pressure while delivering excellent service and quality food.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Take orders in person, over the phone, and online
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco’s standards
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep areas, and dining space
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Work as a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure while staying calm and focused
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
