Responsibilities:
Lead team members during assigned shifts Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service Maintain sanitation and safety standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Support training of new employees Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills (Bi-Lingual) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
