Responsibilities of a General Manager:
- Lead and grow a high-performing team
- Manage daily operations (scheduling, inventory, training)
- Keep food quality and safety top-notch

General Manager Requirements:
- 18 years old
- Restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong people and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
