What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager/Marcos Pizza position at Marco's Pizza?
The General Manager at Marcos Pizza will report to the Area Supervisor. The General Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all operational-related activities of Marcos Pizza Operations. This position will oversee Marcos Pizza restaurant operations, including product production, inventory management, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance. Additionally, the General Manager will ensure that the Marcos Pizza facility adheres to the operational guidelines established by MFLLC Corporate.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Minimum 3 – Years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
- DRESS CODE: Uniform required
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
- Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
