WHAT YOULL DO

• 
  Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and develop team members and leaders
• Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels
• Control food cost, inventory, and waste
• Ensure product quality, speed, and guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and brand standards
• Drive accountability and team performance
• Support local marketing and community engagement

WHAT YOURE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  Store-level P&L performance
• Labor cost control
• Food cost vs ideal
• Team retention and development
• Guest experience and operational execution

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 
  Proven leadership in a restaurant or similar environment
• Strong operational and people leadership skills
• Ability to manage high-volume shifts
• Experience with labor, food cost, and performance management
• A leader who takes ownership and builds strong teams

Pizza or QSR experience is a plus, but not required for the right operator.

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

• 
  Full-time leadership role
• Approximately 45 hours per week
• Schedule varies based on business needs
