MP RVA Development operates nine Marco's Pizza locations across Richmond, VA. Our Floating Shift Leader helps keep stores running smoothly and people growing by providing shift coverage across all nine locations and owning the training and certification of Delivery Drivers, Pizza Makers and Shift Leader candidates.

- $18 an hour plus tips
- $50 gas stipend per week
You'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the first call for callouts and no-shows at any location
- Executing new hire training paths for drivers, pizza makers, and shift leader candidates
- Conducting ride-alongs, side-by-side station training and shift leader debriefs
- Reporting training progress and operational observations to the Director of Operations
What we're looking for:
- At least 18 years old
- Prior QSR or pizza operations experience, ideally at the shift leader level or above
- Strong coaching instincts. You teach the why, not just the how
- A reliable automobile, valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable traveling between multiple locations throughout the week
- Strong communication skills, dependability, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs
Salary : $19 - $23
