Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Learn and master all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management.
Assist in leading, motivating, and developing team members to meet performance goals and uphold company standards.
Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement efforts.
Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications
2 years of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred (QSR or fast casual experience a plus).
