Position is located in Ardmore, OK. We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electrical systems to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure continuous and safe operations.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, controls, motors, and machinery.
Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, sensors, and control panels.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and system upgrades.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field preferred.
2 years of industrial maintenance experience with a focus on electrical systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing 480V systems, motors, VFDs, and control circuits.
Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude is a plus.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Knowledge of NFPA 70E and electrical safety standards.
Working knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
