Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and improve overall guest experiences.
- Oversee inventory management, food ordering, and maintaining food safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork with a strong culture and effective communication among staff.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events to build local store marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or as an Assistant Manager in a casual dining or quick-service fast food restaurant.
