With fast, accurate, five-star service, our drivers make an average of $17- $22 per hour!
Our drivers make AWESOME tips because we have THE BEST CREW, CUSTOMERS, and AWESOME PIZZA!
The starting pay is $10 in-store, $10.00 while driving, and $2.50 per delivery. Other pizza places can't compete with our delivery pay (call them and ask!).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow Marco’s safe delivery rules
- Make drops after each delivery run
- Complete pre-delivery set-up
- Deliver pizzas to all customer's front doors
- Effectively relate to customers and other team members in a courteous and cooperative manner
- Assist at the cut table when needed
- Assist on phones as needed according to Marco’s standards
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have been driving for two years (time on Learner's Permit counts)
- You must have a relatively clean driving record, and we will pull your MVR!
- Must have current/valid car insurance
- Must have a current/valid driver's license
- Must have a working/reliable automobile
**If applying for a driver position, please be prepared to present proof of insurance during the interview.
