Sr. Technical PM
6 month contract
Hybrid onsite in South Shore area of MA
**Must be LOCAL, no relocation options.**
62-74/hour W2 (no c2c or c2c referrals)
Marchon's healthcare client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage IT project tasks in support of the business-driven, customer service-oriented approach to providing IT services across the Secretariat. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team and contribute to critical and highly visible projects .
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide projects
- Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines
- A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirable
- Experience with delivering Intelligent Document Management projects highly desirable
- Experience with delivering AI projects desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendors
- Strong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment
- Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams
- Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings
- Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously
- Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum (10) ten years of IT experience
- Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery - on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.
- Minimum (5) five years of extensive hands-on experience managing large scale enterprise wide IT projects
- Experience with and preparing project documentation such as detailed requirements, status reports, etc.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tool
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Point.
