Azure ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ITOM - Azure ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure integrations. This role is responsible for enhancing infrastructure visibility, supporting cloud and on-premises environments, and delivering scalable, maintainable solutions that align with enterprise best practices.

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery and Service Mapping.

• Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure for cloud resource discovery, monitoring, and automation.

• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs and Azure services.

• Configure and manage MID Servers to support reliable connectivity across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of ServiceNow ITOM implementations and Azure integrations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure management and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5 years of ServiceNow platform development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:

  • Discovery

  • Service Mapping

  • Event Management

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Monitor, Azure APIs, and ARM templates.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Experience configuring and supporting MID Servers and infrastructure integrations.

• Understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure management, and automation concepts.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• ServiceNow certifications related to ITOM or platform development.

• Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure monitoring solutions.

• Knowledge of CMDB best practices and service mapping methodologies.

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
