- Demonstrated success acting as technical expert in an enterprise-wide IT solution.
- Hands on experience with project management concepts: developing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, resource management, budgeting etc.
- Advanced knowledge of various areas in IT including, hardware, operating systems, SAN technology, networking concepts and security routers.
- Advanced Microsoft Office, pivot tables, charts, Visio, Access, data analytics and JIRA.
- Ability to work in a matrix, high pressure environment and respond quickly.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with varying levels.
- Strong analytic and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team.
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage work.
- Individual with an energetic, can-do approach to work.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of IT expertise.
- Applicants must have (A) at least three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time professional or practical experience in the field of information technology security.
