Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Crew Member to maintain and enhance outdoor landscapes across various properties. This role involves performing a variety of tree work including tree pruning and removals. Training is available to grow into a higher role on the team.
Responsibilities
- Use hand lines to lower limbs and equipment.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Works from the ground utilizing handsaws, pole saws and chainsaws. Drives trucks, and other related equipment.
- Adheres to industry and company safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is a plus.
- Candidates should be reliable team players with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Operates and maintains chippers, chainsaws and all other equipment in a safe manner.
- A clean valid Driver's License is required, CDL required.
- Must be able to carry 50lbs at a minimum and work outside in various weather conditions.

Pay: $23.75 - $30.00 per hour
