- Lead construction projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate directly with clients on progress, costs, and changes
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Maintain daily job logs and provide updates to leadership
- Proactively solve problems and keep projects running smoothly
- 4 years of construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and methods
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing detail
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights (a plus)
