About the Job
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and keep our equipment, materials, and yard running smoothly. You’ll work closely with project teams to make sure they have the right tools and materials when they need them — safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures and state/federal regulations (including vehicle fleet management).
- Maintain and improve the physical layout and organization of the warehouse.
- Inspect and maintain equipment; coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation with digital records.
- Track and invoice equipment usage across job sites each month.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse personnel; promote a positive and safe work culture.
- Identify and resolve workflow or personnel issues proactively.
- Recommend staffing actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures as appropriate.
- Contribute to company goals by supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (construction or industrial setting preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate teams and build accountability.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with inventory management systems.
- Familiar with inventory control practices, bookkeeping, and logistics coordination.
- Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and safe handling procedures.
- Proven ability in problem solving, strategic planning, and project coordination.
- Forklift certification and/or Six Sigma training a plus.
