DUTIES:
DUTY 1: Prime BEEF Program Management. Assists the senior ART in the development of requirements and management of the Prime BEEF and Mobility programs for the CE squadron/flight. Performs site visits to accomplish airfield and facility surveys at bed down locations. Assists in the development and preparation of the Prime BEEF Wartime Operations Folder. Analyzes data and reports that effect the unit's wartime contingency location and briefs the results to wing/group commanders. Maintains contact with HQ AFRC, and NAF to keep abreast of changes concerning Rapid Runway Repair (RRR), Bomb Damage Repair (BDR), and force bed down to allow for efficient and effective performance of wartime operations.
DUTY 2: Supplies. Collects and analyzes all data for the management of unit Prime BEEF and mobility equipment supplies and equipment. Performs duty of squadron Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Monitor. Collects, validates, and records SORTS data prior to submission by the program manager.
DUTY 3: Financial. Develops and manages operating budget/financial plan requirements. Analyzes and establishes priority lists for funding of resources to base/wing comptroller and financial management staff personnel. Serves as unit resource advisor.
DUTY 4: Training. Coordinates and plans annual tours with host Base Civil Engineers within Continental United States (CONUS) and overseas in conjunction with the program manager during pre-deployment and deployment site visits. Manages all aspects of training projects with base activities. Establishes and develops training programs and classes for Prime BEEF, OJT and Wartime task training. Analyzes and schedules required training to ensure unit fulfills requirements in accordance with directives. Evaluates training needs and coordinates with host base civil engineer office to determine projects available for accomplishment during Unit Training Assembly and annual tours. Directs and coordinates acquisition of supplies and materials to accomplish work projects.
DUTY 5: Plans. Develops and manages squadron/flight mobility and deployment plans to meet worldwide contingencies. Establishes and implements procedures and programs to prepare the unit to support peacetime missions, wartime plans, and wing wartime bed down requirements. Plans and coordinates billeting, messing, transportation and training projects with base activities. Manages all aspects of the current Contingency Operation and Management Personnel Execution System (COMPES) listing and coordinates with deployment officer, and reviews taskings. Administrative. Plans and organizes all administrative activities and processes for the organization. Studies internal operating procedures. Interprets regulations and recommends ways to resolve administrative processes. Suspense and/or prioritizes work.

- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements as outlined in applicable safety standards, regulations AFI' and/or technical orders.
- Skill and ability to develop training programs and conduct training and testing. Skill in planning, organizing, and evaluating all unit related programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to prepare and present briefings, Coordinates planning efforts and manages program activities.
OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS:
- This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. The incumbent is required to meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements. Work schedule will be aligned to allow incumbent to fully participate in unit training assemblies (UTA). The incumbent's regular assignments are ART duties; however, the incumbent may be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities.
- May be required to fly in commercial and military aircraft to perform temporary/permanent duty assignments.
- Requires knowledge and experience with the Air Force Dual Channel OJT program.
