Responsibilities

- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a safe environment in nightclubs or banquet settings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours like catering events or restaurant service.
- Uphold responsible serving practices by recognizing intoxication signs and managing guest interactions professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of alcohol laws is advantageous.
