Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.

- Manage POS to process orders, payments, and tabs swiftly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; collaborate with security staff when necessary.
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure availability of ingredients and tools needed for service.
- Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service throughout.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality or speed.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, brewing techniques, and industry trends to continually elevate the bar experience.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during peak times or special events.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with POS is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting.
