Role Description The Client Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. The primary purpose of this role is to increase overall client acquisition through the firm's marketing efforts, intake process, and ultimate retention. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients through outbound and inbound efforts, including calls, emails, networking, and follow-up on referrals and leads. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating prospect pipelines, coordinating outreach campaigns, tracking client performance metrics, and increase overall client acquisition. The specialist will collaborate with attorneys, staff, and the outside marketing firms to understand service offerings, refine messaging, and ensure a smooth handoff from initial inquiry and consultation through retention. The role also includes supporting firm marketing initiatives, attending local events when needed, and continuously improving client acquisition processes and increase in overall client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse prospective clients.
- Experience in a sales-focused roles for professional service industry and business development.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience using data to inform client acquisition strategies and measure campaign effectiveness to firm leaders and marketing firm.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM or lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys, staff, and outside marketing firm.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred but not required.
