What are the responsibilities and job description for the line cook position at Marcel Bakery & Kitchen?
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join the kitchen crew at Marcel Bakery & Kitchen. We run a fast-paced environment focused on high-quality, fresh Mediterranean food and baked goods, and we need someone who can keep up with the volume without dropping standards.
What We Need From You:
- Solid Experience: This isn't a training role. You need to already know your way around a commercial kitchen, understand timing on the line, and have strong knife skills.
- Team-First Mentality: During a rush, we survive by working together. You need to communicate clearly, step up when a station is in the weeds, and leave your ego at the door.
- Positive Attitude: Kitchens are high-pressure, but we keep the energy constructive. We are looking for someone who brings a good mindset to the shift, even when the board is full.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
