Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy your evenings and weekends!)
Reports To: DSP Supervisor

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Empower & Guide: Support adults in fun recreational activities, skill training, and community programs.
- Personalized Care: Provide assistance with daily personal care, health, and safety needs.
- Goal Achievement: Help design programs based on unique talents to reach Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals.
- Community Connection: Safely transport individuals to and from exciting local destinations.
- Track Success: Maintain daily records and person-centered paperwork to celebrate progress.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driving: Valid Ohio Driver’s License with a clean driving record (5 points or fewer) and auto insurance.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical: Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Experience: Prior experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)
