Our client, a well-established, multi-practice law firm in Boston, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 5 to 10 years of experience to join a busy, growing private client practice.

What you'll do:
- Design and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
- Prepare and review estate and gift tax returns
- Handle Massachusetts probate and trust administrations from start to finish
- Work directly with clients, CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals
What we're looking for:
- JD and admission to the Massachusetts bar
- 5 to 10 years of estate planning and administration experience
- Working knowledge of Massachusetts probate and trust law
- The ability to manage matters independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and a genuine interest in client relationships
- LLM in Taxation preferred but not required
