Paralegal (Transactional)
Premier Downtown Boston firm seeks a Paralegal for a blended role handling complex and interesting work in a variety of practice areas to include Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Trusts & Estates. This is a tremendous opportunity for a paralegal with experience in one or more of these areas to grow and learn new areas of law.
Commercial Real Estate: title & survey review and related due diligence in preparation of closings for high value commercial properties
Corporate: working with the Secretary of State for the establishment, dissolution and maintenance of corporate entities, obtaining FEIN numbers for tax purposes and maintaining ongoing corporate minute books for each entity
Trusts & Estates: assist with estate plan drafting and editing; administer decedents' trusts; file documents in probate court.

- Salary: $65k- 75K, depending on experience, plus a robust benefits package.
Qualifications
- 2 Years' Experience as a paralegal in Real Estate, Trusts & Estates or Corporate
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
