Esteemed Law Firm in Boston looking for an attorney with 3 years of experience to join their Commercial Lending, Real Estate and Loan Workout Practice, preferably with experience in both commercial lending and commercial real estate finance transactions. Clients include large commercial and community banks, nonprofits, governmental agencies, private companies and individuals.


About the Role

***LOW billable hours requirement: 1700


Qualifications

  • 3 years of law firm experience in commercial lending, commercial real estate finance transactions or loan workouts.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts state bar
  • Willingness to participate in client development and originate business.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in affordable housing and community development.


Pay range and compensation package

  • Salary range: $120-140,000
  • Bonus eligibility
  • Excellent Benefits
