A Taste of the Role
- Lead and support kitchen sanitation and organization
- Coordinate deliveries, work assignments, and event operations
- Oversee inventory and security of essential equipment
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Support banquet functions with food transportation and setup
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation and kitchen equipment repair
- 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Arizona Food Service Worker card required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
