Marc Realty is a full-service commercial real estate company that owns, manages, and leases office buildings throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist for our corporate office in downtown Chicago.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Greet all clients and visitors and direct to the proper person
- Receive, screen, and direct phone calls on a multi-line switchboard
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area and conference room
- Efficient scheduling of conference rooms
- Ensure that reception area is staffed 100% of the time
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate pick-up & delivery of express mail services
- Update, maintain, and distribute company directory
- Reconcile billing statements
- Various clerical tasks and special projects as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate setting is preferred
- Positive, professional attitude and presence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail
- Customer Service Oriented
- Solid knowledge of Word and Excel
